University College Dublin is delighted to invite you to the presentation of the Ulysses Medal to Jeffrey D. Sachs, world-renowned professor of economics and leader in sustainable development. The UCD Ulysses Medal, the highest honour that the University can bestow, is awarded to individuals whose work has made an outstanding global contribution.
The citation will be delivered by Professor Patrick Paul Walsh, UCD School of Politics and International Relations and Professor Sachs will give a talk on ‘Universities in the Age of Sustainable Development’.
